About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physical Therapist to join our team at BrightSpring Health Services. As a key member of our rehabilitation team, you will work closely with patients to develop and implement personalized treatment plans that help them regain functional capabilities and independence.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in physical therapy, preferably with experience working with patients who have primarily experienced brain injuries, spinal cord injuries or stroke/CVA. You will be responsible for performing evaluations and developing treatment plans, regularly reassessing effectiveness and making recommendations for home and community safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for patients
  • Regularly review treatment progress and make adjustments as needed
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state where practicing
  • A minimum of one year's experience as a physical therapist, preferably in a neurological setting
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and move, lift, or transfer patients with up to 100 pounds
  • Demonstrated knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to complex neurological injuries

  • An estimated salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience
