Job Summary

As a Registered Nurse I-Acute at LifeBridge Health, you will provide safe, age-appropriate patient care and serve as an advisor and resource for patients and their families. You will conduct and document initial and ongoing assessments, gather data relevant to the patient's individual needs, and develop and document a plan of care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring patient conditions
  • Conduct and document initial and ongoing assessments, gathering data relevant to the patient's individual needs
  • Develop and document a plan of care for selected patients, taking into account their medical history, current condition, and treatment goals
  • Implement and document care and education based on the plan of care, ensuring that patients and their families are informed and involved in the care process
  • Evaluate and document the outcomes of nursing practice, making adjustments to the plan of care as needed
Requirements
  • Formal working knowledge equivalent to an Associate's degree (2 years college)
  • A minimum of 1 year experience as a licensed RN
  • American Heart Association BLS CPR Card
  • Maryland Registered Nurse License
  • Microsoft Office Suite, Basic computer skills, Cerner, Synquest Standard, Office Equipment, Medical terminology
  • Nursing Process skills based on MD Nurse Practice Act, Critical thinking skills, Medical equipment
