Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled LPN-PRN I to join our team at Baptist Memorial Health Care. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will provide patient care as directed by the professional registered nurse and be accountable for your own actions under this direction.

Responsibilities
  • Collect patient data and assist in planning patient care.
  • Implement patient care as directed and assist with evaluating the plan of care.
  • Administer medication as prescribed and provide and reinforce the teaching of individuals and groups of patients.
  • Participate in activities designed to improve health care delivery and participate in ongoing educational activities.
  • Complete assigned goals and meet the minimum requirements for licensure, registration, and certification.
Requirements, Preferences and Experience
  • Minimum: BLS certification within 14 days of hire; LPN
  • Special Skills: Computer literacy
