Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Residential Foreman Plumber to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing plumbing projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage plumbing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results
- Supervise and train junior plumbers, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet company standards
- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with local codes and regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including project timelines, budgets, and quality control metrics
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in plumbing field operations, with a focus on residential and commercial plumbing systems
- Knowledge of local codes, regulations, and industry standards (NSPC)
- Previous/current DOT certification is a plus
- A plus to have knowledge of industrial, medical, or agriculture plumbing systems
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
