Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior RF Engineer to join our team in Lansdale, PA. As a key member of our engineering team, you'll be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing the installation and maintenance of wireless radio communications systems. Your expertise in radio frequency (RF) and/or wireless transmission design will be instrumental in helping us deliver high-performance solutions that meet our customers' needs.

Responsibilities
  • Design RF circuits using simulation tools such as Microwave Office, Visual System Simulator, HFSS, and ADS
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key risk factors and drive requirements for components interfacing with the design
  • Test, tune, debug, and optimize prototype circuits and components to meet specification requirements and manufacturing produce-ability requirements
  • Provide mentorship to less experienced engineers and exercise judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results
  • Partner with the organization in the scheduling of development projects, including process development, fixture design and implementation, material procurement, and customer interface
Qualifications
  • B.S. in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • 5+ years of experience working with RF design and circuit simulation software
  • 3+ years of experience understanding RF parameters: S-parameters, Noise Figure, Intercept point, Compression, Spurious, and Phase Noise
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
Preferred Qualifications
  • MS in Electrical Engineering and 3+ years of directly related experience
  • 7+ years of experience in RF design
  • Architecture Fundamentals
  • RF Budget Analysis
  • Electro Magnetic Analysis
  • Active DOD Security Clearance
