We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Lab Technician to join our team at a nationally recognized hospital in Linton, IN.
Job Summary:
As a Medical Lab Technician, you will be responsible for performing laboratory tests and procedures to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and process laboratory specimens for testing
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment
- Analyze test results and report findings to healthcare professionals
- Assist with quality control and quality assurance activities
Requirements:
- 1 year of recent experience as a Medical Lab Technician
- Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures and techniques
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
