The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

This full-time position involves installing, repairing, and testing coax cable in various environments. Responsibilities include:

  • Installing coax cable using bucket trucks, ladders, and hooks
  • Terminating cable using various connectors
  • Performing testing with TDR and Signal Level meter
  • Verifying Quam modulation and return spectrum
  • Recording and documenting testing results according to customer specifications
Required Skills and Qualifications

Candidates must have:

  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record
  • At least 3 years of experience as a COAX Splicer in active plant
  • Able to read prints and use Digital Service Activation Meter
  • Experience setting up active devices such as Nodes, LEs, Amps
  • Ability to troubleshoot equipment and perform wreck out and salvage of abandoned equipment
