Job Title: IT Infrastructure Associate

The Milford School District NH is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Associate to support the district's technology infrastructure and ensure a high-quality educational experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to district staff on computer hardware and software-related issues.
  • Investigate and resolve login, printing, and Chromebook-related problems.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to troubleshoot network, WiFi, and user account issues.
Requirements:
  • An Associate's Degree in Computer Science is preferred; a minimum of two (2) years' experience on a help desk in a LAN/WAN environment is required.
  • A strong working knowledge of networks and operating systems, including Windows, Macintosh OS, and ChromeBooks/Chrome OS.
  • Experience in maintaining and repairing computers and related hardware.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
