Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and promote the vision and operational standards of Tucci Learning Solutions while ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
  • Handle customer transactions swiftly and accurately, ensuring a friendly and welcoming atmosphere at the checkout.
  • Process payments and provide receipts, vouchers, and credits while following security and loss prevention protocols.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and manage phone calls, directing them to the appropriate departments as needed.
  • Maintain an accurate cash drawer, ensuring proper sorting, counting, and wrapping of currency for efficient end-of-shift balancing.
  • Assist with customer returns and exchanges, providing clear information about products and store policies.
  • Support a clean and sanitary environment, including restroom maintenance.
  • Participate in required team meetings and training sessions.

Merchandising: Ensure the Front End Department is visually appealing by following merchandising guidelines set by management.

Department Standards: Uphold cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of all department areas, including fixtures and workstations.

Experience: Previous experience in cash handling and customer service is preferred. The knowledge and skills required for this position may be obtained through a combination of education and experience.

Work Environment: This role operates in a fast-paced environment focused on customer service, requiring the ability to stand for extended periods.

Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and maneuver heavy loads.
