About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Civil Designer to join our team in Oshkosh, WI. The ideal candidate will be primarily responsible for designing site development projects for commercial and institutional clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Designing and drafting in Civil 3D.
  • Working on site development projects for commercial and institutional clients.
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Utilizing WinSLAMM and HydroCAD for project needs.
  • Potentially using Revit for additional design work.
Requirements
  • Associates degree in Civil Technology or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Civil3D.
  • Experience with WinSLAMM.
Compensation & Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $26.50 per hour, which translates to approximately $54,752 per year. Our benefits package includes medical, dental & vision insurance, critical illness, accident, and hospital coverage, as well as a 401(k) retirement plan with pre-tax and Roth post-tax contributions available.
