Job Description:

Therapist Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Outpatient Therapist to join our team at Transitional Therapeutic Services, LLC. As a key member of our mental health services team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality therapeutic services to members and families in an outpatient setting.

Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver exceptional client care by conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
  2. Collaborate with the treatment team to coordinate care and set goals for members and families.
  3. Document accurate and quality service notes for every session of therapy completed.
  4. Manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities to ensure timely completion of duties.
  5. Communicate effectively with colleagues, supervisors, and external partners to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, Clinical Psychology, or a related field.
  • Active licensure in the state of NC and experience working with adolescents, families, and young adults.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Experience working with multicultural and multidisciplinary teams is preferred.

Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
