Your ability to deliver high-quality software to our clients in a consistent and timely manner will hinge on your skill in identifying and resolving challenges within the initiatives you oversee.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guide the development of the HireVue platforms, ensuring the adoption of optimal development practices, architectural strategies, frameworks, and libraries.
  • Take ownership of resolving intricate issues within our systems and integrations through effective communication and collaboration across technical teams.
  • Identify opportunities to share knowledge and insights across delivery teams.
  • Delegate tasks to team members and support their success.
  • Recognize opportunities to reduce technical debt and collaborate with product line leadership to prioritize these efforts.
  • Establish patterns for comprehensive automated testing, ensuring tests are conducted at every level of the testing pyramid.
  • Document and communicate patterns and solutions through detailed written documentation and technical presentations.
