Responsibilities- Work closely with existing clients to assist with health insurance plan selection and enrollment
- Provide in-depth knowledge of insurance products, including Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and prescription drug plans
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments and product offerings to provide expert guidance to clients
- Meet and exceed performance and sales goals, driving business growth and success
- Active health insurance license required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service
- Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Must be able to successfully complete all licensing requirements or have a pre-existing valid insurance license
