We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Experience Representative to join our team at Emerge Professional. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our clients, helping them navigate the complexities of health insurance plans.

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with existing clients to assist with health insurance plan selection and enrollment
  • Provide in-depth knowledge of insurance products, including Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and prescription drug plans
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Stay up-to-date on industry developments and product offerings to provide expert guidance to clients
  • Meet and exceed performance and sales goals, driving business growth and success
Requirements
  • Active health insurance license required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service
  • Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Must be able to successfully complete all licensing requirements or have a pre-existing valid insurance license
