About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled BigMachine CRM Developer to join our team at Integrated Resources, Inc. As a key member of our technology team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing CRM solutions using BigMachine technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of CRM solutions from an architectural perspective, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business requirements and develop functional specifications for CRM solutions.
  • Design and develop custom code, objects, and workflows using the BigMachine developer toolkit.
  • Develop web services API integrations with other systems, including Salesforce.
  • Provide guidance and best practices around CPQ solutions, including product configuration, administration of price books, and proposal development.
  • Participate in the full application life cycle, from design to development, testing, deployment, and support of CRM applications.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in BigMachine CRM development, with a strong focus on solution implementation and architecture.
  • Experience with BigMachine/Salesforce integration and ability to resolve issues related to the BigMachine platform.
  • Familiarity with software development methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall.
  • Demonstrated strong analytical skills and technical expertise, with the ability to work independently on analysis and development projects.
  • Experience with functional elements of Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Chatter.
