Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Pastry Chef to become a vital part of our Production Team at The Cake Bake Shop.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in commercial baking and demonstrate culinary expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring a clean and organized kitchen workspace.
  • Setting up workstations for baking tasks.
  • Utilizing and caring for kitchen tools and equipment.
  • Assessing ingredient quality and adhering to Brand Standards.
  • Measuring and preparing baking components with precision.
  • Creating a variety of baked goods, such as cakes, cheesecakes, pies, cookies, and other desserts.

Qualifications:

  • Flexible availability is preferred.
  • Previous baking experience, whether professional or personal.
  • Proficient in operating kitchen machinery.
  • Knowledgeable in diverse cooking methods.
  • Familiar with sanitation protocols.
  • Exhibit strong teamwork and communication abilities.
  • Demonstrate excellent organizational skills.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
