About the Role

We are seeking an experienced RBT to join our team in Goodlettsville, TN. As a member of our team, you will work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and other professionals to deliver high-quality ABA therapy services to children with autism.

Your Responsibilities

  • Support individuals with autism in home, community, or center-based settings
  • Teach daily living skills and social skills using effective behavior and evidence-based treatments
  • Collect, organize, and summarize unbiased data during sessions
  • Collaborate and participate in clinical team meetings and ongoing training
  • Implement training and therapy sessions designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Requirements

  • High-school diploma or equivalent
  • Availability during after-school hours, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to attend our 2-week extensive training program and be eligible to pass the RBT exam
  • Consistent, reliable transportation, a driver's license, and car insurance to provide in-home services for clients
  • Maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record
