Job DescriptionAt Mira Vie at Brick, we're seeking a dedicated and compassionate CHHA/CNA to join our team. As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents, promoting their highest level of functioning, and maintaining a safe and clean environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing direct care to residents, including personal care, meal preparation, and assistance with daily activities. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, communicating effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams, and participating in our Quality Assurance Program.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 6 months of experience in a caregiving role or similar function
  • CNA or HHA certification required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Job Requirements
  1. Provide direct care to residents, including personal care, meal preparation, and assistance with daily activities
  2. Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams
  3. Participate in our Quality Assurance Program and maintain a working knowledge of facility infection control procedures
  4. Assist in turning, positioning, and repositioning of residents as outlined in the resident's service plan
  5. Actively participate in Interdisciplinary Team Process and attend care plan meetings as assigned
