Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding promptly to their needs and requests.
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and restocking amenities.
- Ensure that all guest rooms are clean and ready for occupancy, adhering to hotel standards and brand guidelines.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge in housekeeping and customer service.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
