Ryder is seeking dedicated and skilled individuals for the role of Pallet Repair Specialist within our manufacturing facility.
This position offers competitive compensation with weekly pay.
- Hourly Wage: $20.00
- Work Schedule: First Shift on Friday and Saturday from 5:00 am to 1:30 pm, and Monday from 4:00 pm to 12:30 am
We are looking for reliable candidates to work with advanced equipment in a safe and efficient environment.
- Products Handled: Pallets
- Tools Used: Hammer, Prybar, and Power Tools including Nail Guns, Grinders, and Saws

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred

- Willingness to follow safety protocols and repair processes
Key Responsibilities:

- Lift and transport pallets to repair stations
- Perform minor repairs, including removing and securing components
- Utilize tools such as hammers and nail guns to complete repairs
- Ensure pallets meet quality control standards

- Wear required safety equipment during repairs
- Complete additional tasks as assigned
