Requirements
  • Master's degree in physical therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current licensure to practice as a physical therapist in the state of operation.
  • Minimum nine months of experience as a physical therapist, with preferred experience in community or home health settings.
  • Valid CPR certification and a reliable vehicle for travel to patient locations.
