We are seeking a skilled Clinical Director to oversee patient care operations at our Hospice of Wilson Medical Center location.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a licensed registered nurse with 3+ years of hospice experience and 2+ years of clinical leadership experience to lead diverse teams across the operation.
Responsibilities- Oversee the eligibility of patients referred to home care services and plan for the services to be provided.
- Implement and maintain administrative practices, agency philosophy, goals, and policies that ensure compliance with applicable state and federal regulations.
- Enhance the profitability of the agency and engage with the team to assure the quality of services delivered.
- Must be a licensed registered nurse in the state of operation.
- At least 3 years of experience in a hospice, home health, or other healthcare service delivery system setting preferred.
- At least 2 years of healthcare leadership experience preferred.
- Current CPR certification.
- Current Driver's License and vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
- A competitive salary of $$90,000 - $120,000 per year, based on experience.
