Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individualized patient care, prioritizing their needs and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Monitor and manage patients' vital signs, administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective care plans, ensuring seamless transitions and minimizing risks.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • A valid nursing license and current certification as an ICU RN are required.
  • At least one year of experience in critical care nursing, preferably in a similar setting.
