Culinary Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Aerotek. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of foods according to production guidelines and standardized recipes. Your expertise in food preparation, kitchen equipment operation, and food safety and sanitation will be essential in ensuring the highest quality of food for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook a variety of foods according to production guidelines and standardized recipes

Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, stoves, slicers, and mixers

Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to food safety and sanitation policies and procedures

Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive demeanor towards guests, customers, clients, and co-workers

Requirements:

1+ year of experience in a kitchen environment

Strong knowledge of food preparation, kitchen equipment operation, and food safety and sanitation

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure
