Job Overview:
The Facility Maintenance Attendant is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of designated facilities in alignment with organizational standards and contractual obligations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning tasks in assigned areas, including restrooms, offices, floors, and hallways, utilizing appropriate cleaning products and techniques.
- Operate various cleaning equipment, such as high and low-speed scrubbers and carpet extractors, to maintain cleanliness.
- Restock supplies, including soap dispensers, paper towels, and toilet paper, as needed.
- Maintain communication with supervisory staff to report on cleaning activities and any issues encountered.
Work Schedule: 3 hours per day, Monday through Friday
Minimum Qualifications:
- Ability to engage in physical activities, including standing, walking, and navigating stairs.
- Capability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Reliable transportation to the work location.
- Successful completion of a criminal background check in accordance with agency standards.
