Job Title: Occupational Therapist - Home Health

Job Summary:

Interim HealthCare of Oakland County is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team. As a Home Health Occupational Therapist, you will provide personalized therapy services to patients in the comfort of their own homes. Our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality care and making a positive impact in the lives of our patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide occupational therapy services to patients with physical, cognitive, or emotional disabilities
  • Assess patient needs and develop personalized therapy plans
  • Implement therapy interventions to improve patient function and independence
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
  • Active OT license in Michigan
  • Minimum of 1 year of occupational therapy experience, preferably in home healthcare
  • CPR certification
  • Knowledge of state and federal home health regulations
