Key Position Details:

• This position includes a $7,500 signing bonus for external talent.
• Certified Ultrasound Technologist - American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography required registered in abdomen, and/or OB/GYN, registry eligible upon hire.
• 40 hours every two weeks pay period.
• Benefit eligible
• Varied days Monday-Friday, 8 AM-4:30 PM.
• No weekends, evenings or Holidays.
• Occasionally float to Eagan Women's Health.

Job Responsibilities:

Performs abdominal, small parts, OB/GYN, vascular imaging and provides sonography guidance for interventional procedures, in accordance with department policies and the American College of Radiology (ACR). Uses independent judgment, and has thorough understanding of equipment and positioning to provide optimum service to patients and providers.

Principle Responsibilities:

• Completes procedures in compliance with physician orders and department guidelines.
• Performs procedures with high degree of accuracy.
• Provides accurate clerical function.
• Communicates with Supervisor and team.

Required Qualifications:

• Associate's or Vocational degree from an accredited School of Diagnostic Ultrasound or
• Vocational or Technical Training graduate of accredited School of Radiologic Technology and 2 year School of Diagnostic Ultrasound or
• Vocational or Technical Training graduate of accredited School of Radiologic Technology and ARDMS registered or registry eligible
• 0 to 2 years of diagnostic Sonography experience

Licenses/Certifications:

• Certified Ultrasound Technologist - American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography Required registered in abdomen, and/or OB/GYN, registry eligible upon hire
• Certified Ultrasound Technologist - American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography registered in Breast upon hire required for Piper Breast Center Locations
• Certified Ultrasound Technologist - American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography Required registry eligible, registered within 6 months of hire and
• Registered Vascular Technologist - American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography required registered RVT upon hire for AHG Clinic Locations or
• Registered Vascular Technologist - American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography required registry eligible, registered within 6 months for Hospital locations
• BLS Tier 1 - Basic Life Support - Multisource required upon hire
