About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Substance Abuse Prevention and Treatment Program Manager to lead our SPF-PFS project in North Carolina.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire program, including designing, supervising, and implementing programs and protocols. This role requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to provide guidance, supervision, and support to project staff.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide senior-level oversight of the SPF-PFS project, ensuring successful implementation of programs and protocols.
  • Develop and maintain partnerships and relationships with community stakeholders, organizations, and agencies to support project objectives.
  • Lead the Quad County SAVE Program and the Quad County Coalition, promoting collaboration and coordination among team members.
  • Develop impact measures, monitor program performance, quality improvement initiatives, and progress toward achieving program goals.
  • Supervise and provide guidance to project staff, ensuring effective coordination and collaboration.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, such as public health, social work, or psychology.
  • Minimum 2 years managerial and supervisory experience, with proven management experience in budgeting, finance, and staff supervision.
  • Extensive experience in substance use disorder, substance misuse prevention, mental health promotion, and education initiatives.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with community partners and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and written skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
