**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our team at Mizkan America. As a Production Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting the production packaging process, ensuring the highest quality products are delivered to our customers.

**Responsibilities:**

* Follow all safety and GMP rules to ensure a safe working environment and compliance with food safety regulations.

* Perform manual labor to support the continuous operation of the production lines, including sweeping, mopping, and washing of floors and equipment.

* Load and unload equipment, materials, production components, and raw materials and ingredients.

* Operate production machines and equipment to provide coverage for machine operators and technicians while on break or absent from work.

* Rotate duties with other workers at other locations in the plant as required.

* Perform simple quality inspections of product, materials, and ingredients to ensure compliance with standards.

* Maintain simple records and paperwork related to inventory and quality.

* Perform other duties required of the position or as directed.

**Requirements:**

* Work safely and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

* Lift up to 50 pounds independently.

* Perform visual inspections of materials and products.

* Record simple data on paper and/or via keyboard.

* Read and understand simple written instructions.

* Perform other physical tasks that require pushing, pulling, bending, squatting, walking, climbing (stairs and ladders), standing, and sitting.

* Able to manipulate hands and fingers to perform a wide array of tasks, including grasping of objects and other fine movements.
