We are seeking a skilled Beverage Specialist to join our team at The Joseph, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Nashville. As a Beverage Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing beverages and pastries for guests, serving them with genuine care and kindness.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare beverages and pastries for guests, serving them with genuine care and kindness.
  • Clean, restock, and set up for the next shift as needed.
  • Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring a memorable experience.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks as needed.
Qualifications
  • Passionate about making a difference in the lives of our guests.
  • Comprehensive understanding of coffee, espresso, and pastries.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • One to two years of experience in a luxury food and beverage environment.
