About the Role:

This position plays a critical role in ensuring the effective delivery of developmental services to adults and children with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities (I/DD). The Developmental Services Program Director will be responsible for designing, implementing, and directing a comprehensive developmental service network.

Duties:
  1. Develops and implements program-specific operating budgets; monitors ongoing expenditures and proposes modifications as required.
  2. Oversees the coordination of reimbursement and billing processes for DS and ITC services; identifies/develops revenue sources and maximizes billing through service delivery.
  3. Directs and mentors Program Managers in execution of their duties; interprets and implements policy and procedures relevant to service and program delivery.
Qualifications:

A Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling or related field. Extensive experience in a behavioral health setting including (4) years in an administrative, management, or supervisory capacity.
