- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident progress, treatment plans, and outcomes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and reimbursement standards.
- Team Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and mentor Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) to ensure they are providing high-quality care and services.
- Education: Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Licensure: Active Occupational Therapy license in New Jersey.
- Continuing Education: Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing education to maintain current licensure and certification.
