Soar Autism Center is creating a network of interdisciplinary clinics dedicated to helping children with autism and their families thrive.
We ensure continuity of care from diagnosis through therapy, fostering a seamless experience for families. Our clinicians collaborate closely with families to develop individualized therapy plans, setting ambitious goals that empower children to reach their full potential.
Job Description:- Serve as the primary child caregiver, directly responsible for teaching new skills to the child in a 1:1 setting, ensuring comprehensive growth.
- Engage the child in a play-based routine, transforming everyday childcare moments into opportunities for teaching and nurturing essential life skills.
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to design and implement individualized developmental plans, upholding the principles of the Early Start Denver Model and maintaining fidelity to Soar's model.
The ideal candidate will have genuine interest and prior experience in childcare roles such as daycare, nannying, or similar positions, or similar or related educational experiences (e.g., bachelors in psychology or child development).
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal skills with a talent for building connections with young children and their families.
- Must have reliable transportation to both training location and local center.
- Must be able to meet the following physical requirements: sit and stand frequently, shift positions quickly, lift up to 50 lbs., sit/kneel on the floor for extended periods of time, sit in a chair, stand, walk, and occasionally run short distances to catch up with a client.

Salary: Estimated salary $42,000 - $55,000 per year, based on location and experience.
