Key Responsibilities:
- Portfolio Management: Drive the promotion of approved BMS products within a designated territory, aiming to meet or surpass sales objectives while adhering to compliance standards.
- Demand Generation: Foster interest in BMS medications by effectively communicating the clinical and scientific rationale for their use in suitable patient populations.
- Scientific Expertise: Maintain and enhance a high level of knowledge regarding all assigned products and therapeutic areas.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive territory and account strategies.
- Data Utilization: Leverage available tools to extract insights that inform dynamic call strategies, providing feedback for continuous improvement.
- Scientific Communication: Present scientific information to healthcare professionals (HCPs) accurately and engagingly, ensuring medical precision.
- Collaboration: Work alongside other field teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Compliance: Adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies governing BMS operations.
- Advanced scientific degree and/or a minimum of 5 years in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology sector, preferably in healthcare sales or related roles.
- Proven ability to convey scientific data effectively to assist physicians in patient care.
- Strong track record of building credibility with key stakeholders and fostering a customer-centric approach.
- Experience in Immunology and Gastroenterology is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated success in account management and achieving sales targets.
- Ability to work collaboratively across functions with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Commercial Acumen: Ability to drive business outcomes and understand market dynamics.
