ESL Educator

Phalen Leadership Academies is seeking a dedicated and passionate ESL Teacher to join our team. As a Teacher at Phalen Leadership Academies, you will be responsible for creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment that fosters academic growth and social development in our scholars. You will work closely with colleagues to develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of our students.

• Design and deliver high-quality ESL instruction to students of varying skill levels
• Develop and implement assessments to measure student progress and adjust instruction accordingly
• Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive and supportive learning environment
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a smooth and successful learning experience

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Education, Linguistics, or a related field
• Valid State Teacher License or enrollment in a credentialing program
• Experience working with diverse student populations and developing culturally responsive instruction
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
