Carpenter Foreman Position

Barnard Construction Company, Inc., is a leading heavy-civil construction company with projects underway across North America.
We are seeking a skilled Carpenter Foreman to join our team for the Chimney Hollow Reservoir project located in Loveland, CO.
The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills, ability to motivate craft workers and subcontractors, and ensure construction complies with drawings and specifications.
Key responsibilities include:
- Study specifications in blueprints, sketches, or building plans to prepare project layout and determine dimensions and materials required.
- Plan and coordinate the production efforts of craft workers and subcontractors.
- Act as liaison between field engineering and trades.
- Conduct daily safety meetings with crews and subcontractors.
The ideal candidate will be bilingual - English and Spanish, able to pass a pre-employment drug screen, and possess physical stamina to handle heavy physical effort.
