The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nephrology nursing and be able to provide exceptional patient care in an inpatient dialysis setting. As a Renal Care Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating patient care, collaborating with healthcare teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality renal care services.
About the Role:
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with Fresenius Medical Care's policies and procedures
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Coordinate patient transfers, admissions, and discharges as needed
- Ensure accurate documentation and communication of patient information
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Current RN licensure
- Minimum 9 months of experience as a Registered Nurse
- 6 months of acute dialysis experience (preferred)
