Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a highly skilled Medical/Surgical/Telemetry Registered Nurse to join our team for a 13-week travel assignment in Everett, WA. As a Medical/Surgical/Telemetry RN, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to Medical/Surgical/Telemetry patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians, and document patient responses and outcomes.
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
  • Participate in shift report and handovers to ensure continuity of care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical histories, test results, and treatment plans.
Requirements:
  • Current RN license in the state of Washington.
  • 1-3 years of experience as a Medical/Surgical/Telemetry RN.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with the healthcare team.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information.
