With over 6 years of expertise in testing and workload modeling across diverse technology platforms including web-based applications, web services, .NET, and mobile applications. Proven experience in test planning and defining Service-Level Agreements (SLAs), alongside a strong background in Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs) and utilizing Quick Test Professional (QTP)/Unified Functional Testing (UFT) Automation Tool.

PREFERRED:
Government experience preferred

Requirements:

  • Must be available to work 100% on-site in Tallahassee, FL;
  • Minimum of 3 years in systems development, testing, and/or business analysis;
  • At least 6 years of experience in testing and workload modeling across various technology platforms;
  • Proven experience in test planning and defining SLAs;
  • Proficiency in Quick Test Professional (QTP)/Unified Functional Testing (UFT) Automation Tool;
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and deploying test strategies for software applications and interfaces;
  • Over 6 years of experience in managing testing strategies;
  • Familiarity with a variety of testing techniques and methodologies;
  • Strong understanding of Quality Assurance (QA) methodologies, including test plans, test cycles, and software releases;
  • Knowledge of QA Best Practices;
  • Awareness of current industry-wide Quality and Test processes, tools, and techniques;
  • Demonstrated technical and professional skills in relevant areas;
  • Experience with testing in source control systems;
  • Ability to translate business requirements into effective test scenarios;
  • Experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams;
  • Proactive in identifying issues and generating solutions;
  • Familiarity with dataflow, data models, and data dictionaries;
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or equivalent with programming experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Comprehend application functionality and Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs) along with defined Service-Level Agreements (SLAs);
  • Identify test scenarios to validate the performance of critical business functions and certify the NFRs;
  • Determine the test environment, testing data, and access requirements;
  • Develop performance test plans and establish baselines;
  • Execute planned tests and analyze results to identify discrepancies against SLAs;
  • Publish performance analysis reports and conduct review sessions with stakeholders;
  • Provide ad-hoc performance testing and load generation to support development tasks;
  • Assist with troubleshooting and system optimization;
  • Lead performance test reviews and review performance test artifacts for feedback and approval;
  • Write and distribute risk assessments;
  • Collaborate with development and business leads to ensure comprehensive coverage in testing scripts.
