Key Responsibilities
A DAY IN THE ROLE
As an Overnight Retail Reset Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in transforming retail spaces into engaging displays. You will collaborate with leading names in the industry, including major home improvement and building material retailers. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Initiating projects in your region, either during the day or overnight, and transitioning to support various projects as they are completed.
- As an Overnight Merchandiser, you will be responsible for revitalizing store sections, diligently adhering to plans and schedules to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers. This includes unloading products and collaborating with warehouse teams.
- Restocking aisles with meticulous attention to detail, creating an inviting atmosphere for all customers.
- If you have a knack for hands-on work and enjoy remodeling, this position may be a perfect fit for you.
In this role, you will also serve as an ambassador, providing valuable product insights to customers and store associates alike. You will craft shopping experiences that leave a lasting impact. This position is ideal for individuals with a background in construction or remodeling.
Work Schedule
This position requires overnight shifts and travel to various project sites. During travel, accommodations will be provided, and you will return home periodically.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Willingness to travel within your region.
- Basic tools required: work gloves, hand tools, tape measure, box cutter, etc.
- Access to a personal vehicle.
- Smartphone with internet access, voice, and text capabilities.
- Friendly and personable demeanor with clients and customers.
- Valid Driver's License and current auto insurance.
- Ability to meet all pre-employment and post-employment screening requirements.
- Physical ability to lift, bend, stoop, sit, stand, walk, carry materials/products, and climb ladders.
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. consistently throughout the work shift.
