Our clients are looking for individuals with leadership skills, mechanical skills, and concrete experience to work on various projects in Franklin County, PA, Adams County, PA, Cumberland County, PA, and Washington County, MD.

Job Description
  • We are looking for a few individuals who can lead a crew of workers on residential and commercial concrete projects.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in concrete foremanship, walls, and flatwork, and will be able to lead a crew of workers to achieve labor productivity and concrete usage goals.
  • The successful candidate will be rewarded with great pay, bonuses, and the use of a company truck.
Responsibilities
  • Lead a crew of workers on residential and commercial concrete projects.
  • Ensure labor productivity and concrete usage goals are met.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
Requirements
  • Experience in concrete foremanship, walls, and flatwork.
  • Leadership skills and ability to lead a crew of workers.
  • Mechanical skills and ability to operate construction equipment.
