Job Overview

Adamas Building Services is a premier provider of exceptional property management solutions, specializing in delivering White Glove Services tailored to meet the needs of both residential and commercial luxury properties around the clock.

We are currently seeking a dedicated Concierge with a proven track record in upscale residential environments. As a leader in the Residential Services sector, our operations span across New Jersey, and we have opportunities available at our West New York location.

Work Schedule: Thursday - Sunday, 11 PM - 7 AM

Compensation: $17.00 per hour

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a Front Desk or Office setting
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to foster positive relationships
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proficient in prioritizing tasks in a dynamic environment
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining high-quality standards
  • Physical ability to lift items weighing up to 25 pounds
  • Willingness to stand and work for extended periods
  • Proficient in operating office equipment, including multi-line phones, printers, and copiers
  • Reliable, punctual, and flexible with work hours
  • Commitment to supporting the company's vision, mission, and core values
