Job Description

We are a family-oriented organization seeking a highly experienced General Manager Assistant to join our rapidly growing team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the preparation and serving of the highest quality food to our guests.

The ideal candidate will have prior knowledge and responsibility of scheduling, labor control, cost of goods sold, inventory management, and profit and loss statements.

This is a salaried position with a competitive annual salary of approximately $72,000-$82,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

Main Responsibilities
  • Ensure the preparation and serving of the highest quality food to our guests.
  • Ensure a clean and safe environment for our team and guests.
  • Ensure team is delivering a great guest experience.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Prior knowledge and responsibility of scheduling, labor control, cost of goods sold, inventory management, and profit and loss statements required.
  • Candidates need to have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and will be subject to a background check.
