Position Overview

First Baptist Academy is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Interim Educators. As part of our mission, we require that all staff members embody a sense of calling to this educational ministry.

We prioritize hiring highly qualified and certified educators who uphold Christian values and demonstrate exemplary character as defined by our institution.

Role Responsibilities:

  1. Act as a temporary replacement for full-time educators who are unable to fulfill their teaching responsibilities.
  2. Be prepared to step into various teaching roles across different subjects and grade levels.
  3. Ensure continuity in the educational process by following the lesson plans provided by the regular teacher.
  4. Maintain classroom management and discipline, fostering a productive learning environment.
  5. Perform additional duties as assigned, which may include supervising lunch or recess, managing bus duties, and grading assignments.

Interim Educators should possess a minimum of a four-year degree in any field, with certification in education being advantageous. Flexibility and readiness to adapt to various classroom settings are essential for success in this role.
