Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Echocardiographer to join our team at LifeBridge Health. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will be responsible for performing high-quality echocardiographic procedures and providing exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform echocardiographic procedures, including transthoracic, transesophageal, exercise stress echo, and Dobutamine stress echo.
- Verify patient identification and examination order prior to procedure performance.
- Prepare patients for echocardiographic procedures.
- Assist during TAVR and LAAO structural heart procedures.
Requirements:
- Registered Cardiac Sonographer within 6 months.
- Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer within 6 months.
- American Heart Association BLS Certification.
Education and Experience:
Formal working knowledge equivalent to an Associate's degree (2 years college) with specialized knowledge in a related field. 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
