**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide holistic care to residents, supporting their physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs
* Deliver day-to-day Physical Therapy treatments to meet residents' needs in all settings across the Erickson Senior Living community continuum of care
* Ensure compliance with Medicare, state and federal regulations, APTA, and company policies and procedures
* Implement residents' personal care plans, focusing on their strengths, preferences, and preferred routines
* Collaborate with the interdisciplinary clinical team to ensure residents' needs are being addressed throughout their care

**Requirements:**

* Minimum of an associate's degree in physical therapy assistant program, meeting current Medicare and state personnel requirements
* Current CPR Certification
* Experience in the therapeutic care of older adults across multiple diagnostic groups preferred
* Valid current state license in physical therapy, where applicable
