Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Property Maintenance Specialist to join our team at HP Preservation Service LLC. The ideal candidate will have experience in property maintenance or preservation duties/tasks, including lawn maintenance, debris/junk removal, lock changes, initial services, boarding, and general/minor household repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform property maintenance and preservation tasks as required

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through timely and efficient service

Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in accordance with company policies and procedures

Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of property maintenance and preservation techniques and best practices

Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to company safety policies and procedures

Other duties as required

Requirements:

Experience in property maintenance or preservation duties/tasks

Own transportation

Ability to meet client deadlines

Necessary equipment
