  • Guide non-engineering teams, such as product and governance, on component behaviors and data characteristics.
  • Participate in internal training sessions to enhance knowledge of existing components and architecture best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience as a software engineer for at least 3 years, proficient in two or more programming languages such as Golang, Java, Python, Rust, or C/C++.
  • Strong foundational knowledge in computer science, including hardware, operating systems, software, data structures, and networking.
  • Proven experience in leading teams, nurturing talent, and fostering a collaborative environment while effectively communicating technical visions.
  • Experience in designing and implementing architecture for large-scale global products.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to convey complex technical details to diverse audiences; proficiency in French is a plus.
  • Comfortable presenting ideas and achieving consensus through various methods, including written documentation and presentations.
  • Hands-on experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and modern SDLC tools.
  • A track record of continuous improvement and a proactive approach to enhancing processes.
  • Able to prioritize tasks and resolve issues promptly with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Capable of working independently and managing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
