At SalesBountyHunter, we are seeking a highly skilled Litigation Paralegal to support our Real Estate Litigation team in Aventura, FL.

Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Litigation, with expertise in handling various litigation tasks, including managing and coordinating cases, preparing and reviewing legal documents, and communicating with clients and opposing counsel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the litigation process from start to finish, including case management and coordination.
  • Collaborate with attorneys to prepare and review legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other relevant parties involved in the litigation process.
  • Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting Real Estate litigation.

Requirements:

  • Experience with at least one trial.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal.
  • Proven expertise in supporting the litigation process.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage complex cases efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Proficiency in Spanish, Russian, or French languages.
  • Familiarity with additional legal software and tools (e.g., case management software).
  • Specific Real Estate knowledge or experience would be beneficial.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive salary in the range of $70,000 - $90,000 annually.
