Job Overview

Papa John's - Merchant Venture is seeking a skilled Restaurant Team Member to join our team. As a key member of our restaurant staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest quality products are served to our customers.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by being attentive, friendly, and responsive to customer needs.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the restaurant.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred.
