About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Cryptocurrency Strategy Developer to join our team at Stealth. As a quantitative trader, you will be responsible for researching, developing, and refining new cryptocurrency trading strategies and monitoring existing positions across protocols and exchanges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and evaluate trading strategies in liquid markets
  • Collaborate with the team to integrate new strategies with our algorithmic execution
  • Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in cryptocurrency markets and technologies

Requirements

  • 3+ years' experience developing and evaluating trading strategies in liquid markets
  • Strong quantitative and analytical background
  • Proficiency in Python and experience with statistical modeling
  • Deep understanding of derivative instruments and market-making spot and futures on centralized order books

Preferred Skills

  • Proficiency in C++ and experience trading on DeFi platforms
  • Experience market-making options and a deep understanding of cryptocurrency markets
